Residential Design Awards

AIA California believes in celebrating the most intimate of structures—the places where we all live and play and feel the most comfortable and secure: the residence. Each entry is judged on the success with which it has met individual requirements. Jury decisions will be based solely on the materials submitted. Criteria includes quality of design, resolution of the program or idea, innovation, thoughtfulness and technique.
